The visit coincided with the launch of his fifth book of poetry, Homeless in my Heart, which will be available from 2 October.
Homeless in my Heart was printed at Butler, Tanner & Dennis in Frome, which reopened for business last month following its closure on 26 April.
The printer has produced a number of titles for Dennis in the past, a relationship which was citied as a key factor in the deal.
