The online print platform, which sells exclusively to trade resellers such as printers and designers, is offering its ten most popular products in the new range.
These include business cards, A5 flyers, letterheads and roll-up banners. Pricing starts at £11.08 for 250 cards. A roll-up banner is £25.60.
Managing director Simon Cooper said: “Our added-value strategy remains the same, but what we’ve done with the Essentials range is give people far more reasons to visit us more frequently.”
The range is also subject to Exaprint’s Price Match guarantee.
“Price is no longer a barrier,” he added.
Cooper said he was not intending to start a price war in the highly-competitive online print sector. Rather, he said the move was designed to drive demand and awareness for Exaprint’s range of value-added print products, including its recently-launched packaging range.
“People are very fixated by price, but that misses the point,” he stated. “We have kits and tools to stimulate demand for our added-value ranges, which is a far more opportunistic area for resellers than an A5 flyer.
“We’re saying use us for Essentials but don’t miss the other parts of our service.”
Cooper said the firm was also differentiating itself with the flexibility of its range, which allows customers to choose precise quantities rather than ordering in fixed increments, as well as custom sizes.
Exaprint, which originated in France, launched its UK operation in 2013. Cooper said the business achieved 400% growth last year. “We are still targeting at least 100% growth this year,’ he added.
A new demo kit for its packaging range will become available later this month, and a mobile app to allow customers to track orders and access pricing information on the move is set to go live in spring.
