Insolvency practitioner Mark Reynolds of Valentine & Co was appointed to the print finisher, which changed its name to EP Finishing in April, on 23 December 2010.

Valentine & Co did not want to comment on the situation, but it said that all staff at the Dartford business were made redundant when the company ceased to trade.

It also said that there would not be a sale of assets as EP Finishing did not own any of its own machinery.
