The packaging pre-production supplier claimed that the new version offered closer interaction between its CAD and graphic aspects, while adopting PDF as the native file format throughout the workflow.
Esko will also demonstrate its Kongsberg XE10 samplemaking table the smallest of its CAM table line for the first time.
The small-format dieless cutting table is designed for making folding carton boxes as well as design, display and decal applications.
The company will also display its Kongsberg i-XL 44 large format cutting, creasing and milling table, which can handle material up to 2,280x3,420mm and uses the MultiCut toolhead.
The latest in Esko's line of Cyrel Digital Imagers, the CDI 2120, will also make an Ipex appearance.
This entry-level model is suitable for high-quality digital flexo plates for tags and labels. The medium-sized CDI 4835 will also be on display.
