Update 7 for the Switch product line, which includes LightSwitch, FullSwitch and PowerSwitch, features new configurators for DMP FLO suite, ICS Remote Director and BasicColor Ghost.

The addition of Digital Media Partner's FLO Suite to the Crossroads initiative brings a customisable front-end interface that Enfocus said would "vastly expand" Switch's capabilities.

DMP chief executive Joeri Paeleman added: "Our DMP FLO web-to-print and brand-management solutions provide an ideal front-end to Enfocus's Switch automation platform.

Enfocus cited a range of benefits from the addition of FLO Suite, such as the ability to set up print and advertisement submission portals.

Users will also be able to automate the creation of Flash booklets and advanced image and asset management workflows, including automatic image optimisation.

Paeleman said DMP had already integrated Elpical and Callas technology in version 4 of its FLO suite, as a result of joining Crossroads.

The addition of ICS Remote Director allows colour calibration, accurate displays and remote verification, while BasicColor's Ghost is a colour server for image data and PDF files that allows the automated conversion of PDF and TIFF files with up to 16 colours.
