The campaign includes vehicle wraps for the two AirRail Link trains that run between the terminals and the station that will feature imagery from Emirates' destinations. The trains will also be themed inside and use digital screens to enhance the impact.
The year-long campaign will also include four-sheet poster activity using 18 backlit units at the terminals and promote destinations in Africa, Australia, China, the Far East and Dubai.
Starcom director Jane Ollier said: "The Birmingham AirRail Link is the perfect platform to raise awareness of Emirates' breadth of destinations flying out of Birmingham airport. The combination of AirRail Link, digital signage and backlit panels enable us to deliver this range message in a striking and compelling way."
The work was printed by Worcestershire-based Utter Visual Creations which printed the vehicle wraps on a Mutoh machine. The large-format specialist also produced work for a number of exhibitors at the recent Ipex exhibition nearby.
