"Online procurement has revolutionised our client relationships, said Stuart Buckley, who is overseeing PrintJob. Instead of filling in a form, faxing it to us, then sending changes back and forth, customers can now go to their area of the website, fill in their details and see an online final proof.
By eliminating errors in data entry, Edwin Buckley has reduced turnaround from up to seven days to two to three days depending on whether work is printed digital or litho. It has also added a stock call-off feature, where clients can log on and re-order.
The 28-staff company has rolled out the software to many of its clients, which include blue-chips, local and national authorities, and agencies.
