DPS Print Solutions set for liquidation after meeting of creditors called

Essex commercial printer DPS Print Solutions is set to go into liquidation next week.

The Purfleet-based company has called a meeting of creditors for 8 March 2011 at which point insolvency practitioner BDO Stoy Hayward is expected to be appointed.

The company's intentions are currently unclear and director Ian Falconer has not been available for comment.

DPS Print Solutions is wholly owned by DPS Print Holdings, of which Danny Cross and Falconer are directors.

A new company, Falcross, was set up on 31 January 2011. Both men were appointed to the board of the company on 2 February 2011; however they left the board on 3 February 2011.

Falcross is a chargeholder to DPS Holdings, with £600,000 secured against a property – Units 9 and 10 Dolphinpoint on Dolphin Way in Purfleet. According to DPS Solutions' website, the company's address is Unit 10 Dolphin Park in Dolphin Way, Purfleet.
