The acquisition, for an undisclosed fee, boosts the litho capability, which it said had become "stagnant" after the growth of its digital print operation.
"The acquisition brings us a Sakurai SRA2 Press, which increases the size and scope of the lithographic work we can do," said DPC managing director Phillip Bradbury.
Pascall proprietor Paul Calcott, approached DPC after he had heard that it was looking to buy small local businesses. Calcott remains with the firm and will work in the sales department.
Pascall's equipment and its three staff will move into DPC's factory in Brixworth.
DPC specialises in the production of books, manuals, presentation binders and reports.
