Doliwa, who has 20 years' senior management experience in the industry, including time with KBA, was most recently president of Heidelberg France.

As part of the firm's restructuring of its senior management team following the death of Roy Jenkinson in April, Doliwa replaces Yoji Nishihara, who will become senior executive director.
