The company will be listed in the FTSE 250 from 2008, according to the Press Gazette.
Prior to this, the group enjoyed a seven-year tenure in the top 100 until it first dropped out in June 2006.
The company's share price has been on a downward path since its year high of 875.50p in May, with early trading around 506p, the lowest since March 2003.
