The Chandler's Ford-headquartered business, which offers managed print services, information management, agile working technology, telecom and IT services, said its new name “reflects our customers’ mission to make work easy for their teams by deploying cutting-edge workplace technology”.
Agilico chief marketing officer Chris Rixon said: “Our goal with the rebrand programme was to provide a clear communication of the value we deliver to our customers and to celebrate the collective expertise our team has built.
“We feel that Agilico delivers on that ambition and provides us with a platform that will evolve as our business continues to develop and grow.”
Chief executive officer Simon Davey added: “Over the last three years we have transformed the business by acquiring some of the very best companies in our sector.
“Our teams have joined forces to build a common set of values; a shared purpose and, during the last 12 months, a collective resilience the likes of which I have never seen. We truly are one business with one identity and that is Agilico.”
At the end of 2019, the group acquired three businesses, two of which supply production print and wide-format technology.
It bought Canon Platinum partners Condor Office Solutions and Systems Technology plus Konica Minolta Elite partner CSL Business Machines, bringing its total number of acquisitions to five since it was itself acquired by private equity firm Horizon Capital in July 2018.
Agilico predominantly serves the legal, insurance, finance and education sectors.
