Customer care in big demand

PrintYorkshire, Vision in Print and the BPIF are staging two workshops on customer service, due to increasing interest in the subject.

The events will be held on 13 June in London and on 14 June in Wakefield. They will be hosted by BPIF associate consultant Tim Wilkinson and highlight key techniques and processes involved in improving customer service.

"There are two reasons for the increased interest," said PrintYorkshire senior executive Robert McClements. "The first is that printers want to drive forward their businesses and the second is the growth of print management companies. Those firms are big on customer service and this is the print industry fighting back. Printers want to be more than just ink on paper."
