The two-colour press, along with a DPM 2508 polyester platemaker, was supplied by AB Dick, and came in exchange for a DPM 2000 capstan platesetter and an old AB Dick 9995 portrait press.
Print manager David Morton said the limitations of the firm's previous equipment had meant it was unable to produce accurate representations of the company's four-colour logo.
However, with the Hamada that will not be an issue and will also give the company more control and flexibility.
