CreoScitex has added two partners to its variable information partner programme.
Document Sciences and XMPiE are both using its Variable Print Specification (VPS) file format for the production of variable data digital print jobs.
Document Sciences, a Californian firm that specialises in automated production of high-volume personalised documents, will support VPS in the latest version of its PostScript Print Emitter software.
XMPiE, an Israeli firm spun off from Scitex, is developing personalised marketing tools for delivering personalised marketing documents via print, the web and e-mail. It will use VPS for print jobs.
CreoScitex is developing pre-flight and previewing software for VPS files based on Adobe Acrobat.
