The company called in the liquidator earlier this month after running into financial troubles.
At a meeting of creditors on Monday (27 April), the company was officially put into liquidation.
The majority of the company's 40 staff have already been made redundant and the liquidator is looking to sell on equipment as it closes for good.
Garry Lock, senior manager at Tenon Brighton, said: "There has been a number of expressions of interest in the customer listing but the only real tangible value is in the assets such as the plant machinery.
"There is a sizeable amount of back debts to collect. There is likely to be a dividend payout to preferential and unsecured creditors in due course."
Lock added that there was a deficiency of around £900,000 once all funds were collected.
