The firm, which has a battery of Mark Andy kit with some 34 2200 printing units and 10 LP3000 units, installed the new press as part of an ongoing investment programme.
Managing director Duncan Sparrow said: "There are cheaper ways of acquiring a two-colour press, but long-term the Mark Andy gives us so many options.
"By specialising in a 13in web width, we have the flexibility to change press configuration at any time."
He added that the need for a two-colour press arose after a ten-colour 2200 was reconfigured to an eight-colour machine, with the two units moving to allow a four-colour line to print six colours.
