The company logo colour has been changed from red to blue and descriptions of the company's service offer are listed on its website under what the firm is calling its "core proposition", ‘Design, Produce, Deploy'.
Marketing director Tanya Cooper said that the new proposition was designed to create clarity about Communisis’ offer.
"We want to position ourselves differently, we have traditionally been print which is a very important part of our business but we are very much an all channel business and we want to promote that consolidated offer to current and potential clients. "
She added: "Communisis has very much evolved as a business over the past few years and we are keen to reflect an evolved brand rather than something totally different.
Cooper said that more changes to the website would be delivered in the coming months.
The rebrand and website overhaul follow the acquisitions last year of web and mobile app firm Kieon and social media strategy and insight services firm Yomego, increasing its non-print services.
The combined £1.1m acquisitions announced in May 2012 were followed in July with Communisis taking a 49% stake in creative design firm The Garden Marketing Group.
