The system at Nottingham-based Graphic Reproductions links the firms Fuji Celbrant RIP, Xinet FullPress OPI and Celix 8200 imagesetter.
Pre-press manager Sean Allison said that the firm bought the system after Colourbyte proved that it could run one of the firms regular jobs eight times faster.
The system at Hi-Tec links its Agfa Taipan RIP to an Avantra 30 imagesetter.
Colourbyte has also appointed Sheffield-based Offset Supplies as an approved supplier of ORIS. It was involved in the Hi-Tec installation.
Offset Suppliers managing director Terry Halliday said: "With Colourbyte as our partner, we can add its workflow and systems integration capabilities to our consumables products and provide a full package."
* The ORIS Digital Proofing System, comprising ORIS Color Tuner, CGS media and CGS ink, on Epson printers has been awarded certification by Specifications for Web Offset Publications (SWOP).
