Fresh Media Group will include two new subsidiaries in addition to Colour Systems, which specialises in digital management and workflow solutions.
Size Creative will handle creative retouching while Applecart Solutions will act as a dealer and integrator of technology solutions.
Applecart will aim to forge partnerships with suppliers and address the needs of publishers and corporates alike.
"After three decades at the forefront of magazine publishing pre-press production, we are now in the position to expand our successful business to offer a much broader range of creative, technical and bespoke customer solutions to a wide range of clients and market sectors," said chief executive Les Pipe.
