Colleagues Direct Marketing managing director Andrew Bennett has led an MBO of the firm with fellow directors Stephanie Stanghon, Paul Hodgson and Nigel Cliffe.
They bought the company for an undisclosed sum. Printing will still be a part of the companys offering.
The firm recently won contracts with Future Publishing and Media Insurance Services (MIS).
