COI renews 30m supplier framework

The Central Office of Information (COI) is renewing its direct marketing supplier framework - a roster worth up to 30m per year.

The framework reshuffle is taking place to help the COI consolidate certain areas of each business while introducing new requirements from suppliers on the roster.

Suppliers will be chosen based on their abilities in seven business areas, including digital personalised print, direct marketing, e-mail and data services, and contact centre provision.

Marc Michaels, COI director of direct and relationship marketing, said: "COI prides itself in ensuring we have the very best suppliers across the wide range of direct and relationship marketing activities that we undertake, so that we can develop effective and cost-efficient activities on behalf of our government clients and the citizen."

He added: "This is a great opportunity to refresh our supplier base and ensure we are prepared for the coming years to continue to deliver excellent service through excellent supplier partnerships."

Companies on the existing roster include Dataforce Group, K2 Group, Polestar and St Ives Direct.

Suppliers can register at coi.bravosolution.co.uk and must complete a pre-qualification questionnaire by 10 February.
