The firm is part of merchant bank Close Brothers, and is the biggest of three separate divisions that all operated under the Close Asset Finance name.
The new identity will also help to clarify the differing remits of the businesses. It gives us a chance to re-affirm our continuing commitment to the industry we are still 100% committed, despite the difficult years, stated managing director Murray Booker.
The new look was created by Manchester agency Red Moran.
