Scitex has appointed Yeoshua Agassi as interim chief executive, replacing Yoav Chelouche, who announced his resignation earlier this month (PrintWeek, 10 August).
In parallel with his new role, Agassi will continue to serve as vice president of business development at Clal Industries and Investments, which is a major investor in Scitex.
Clal has posted second-quarter losses of 10.5m (NIS64m) and a write-down of nearly 6m (PrintWeek, 17 August).
* Another of Scitexs major investors, Discount Investment, has announced that senior vice president Benny Einhorn will leave the company at the end of October.
The news comes in the wake of Yoram Turbowiczs resignation as president, with vice president Elon Shalev also leaving the company.
