The continental web and gravure printing group, which acquired Roto Smeets just over a year ago, has bought Corelio Printing from its owner Corelio, which is the parent company of Dutch media group Mediahuis.
Corelio Printing is based in Belgium, and runs six web offset presses and associated bindery kit. It prints products such as magazines, catalogues and newspapers supplements for a number of publishers on the continent.
CirclePrinters chairman Peter Andreou said: "It's a very efficient facility. This significantly strengthens our geographical platform and is key for successful consolidation.
"We have a clear strategy and a very active pipeline of projects similar to Corelio, and in parallel we're strengthening our Digital & Marketing Services business across the Netherlands, Spain and New York – the UK is also very interesting for us in this sector."
He added: "I have a number of advanced discussions in different sectors in the UK."
Corelio has sales of around €50m (£44.5m) and employs 200 staff.
CirclePrinters has sales of €500m and 2,500 employees across its operations.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the transaction is expected to be finalised early next month.
