The rebrand has seen Chapelton Board Sales undergo a name change to Chapelton, while a new company logo has also been launched to reflect the change.
A new website, which details the company’s history and background and provides product and environmental information has also been launched to coincide with the changes.
Chapelton business development director Neil Skelton said: “We have done this to better represent our position in the marketplace.
“Non-board products now account for more than 50% of our sales, together with a push into paper supply and we also supply more specialist products such as cellulose fibre and compostable food trays.
“We didn’t want to change the name of the company dramatically, after many years of hard work to build the good reputation of Chapelton.”
Aylesford, Kent-based Chapelton, which has a turnover of £11m, recently started stocking Smurfit Kappa’s Grease Guard Food cartonboard and migration barrier MB12 as well as International Paper’s GC2 lightweight coated board product Alaska Plus.
