Carwin has extended its print management service capabilities by creating a separate division entitled Carwin Marketing Solutions.
"The division has actually been in existence since 1997, but we have decided to expand it further after realising there were further services we could provide," said marketing manager Miranda Gregory.
The division has also announced the placing of "two test jobs, with a view to longer term relationships", one of which is YMCA England and its current fundraising mailing campaign, comprising a Scottish and English mailer to 40,000 supporters.
Carwin sales director Steve Shaw said Carwin was "delighted to work with YMCA, and had turned around a critical job within a very tight time frame."
Reed Learning has also placed its Course and In-Company training brochure with Carwin, comprising a 28pp full-colour brochure mailed to 10,000 blue chip and City-based candidates.
"We have two further new significant players on a global basis in place, both of which are in the IT sector," said marketing service manager Shaun Barber.
Gregory said that the company had recently opened an office in Cardiff, adding to its existing coverage in Nottinghamshire, Thurrock, Havant and Scotland.
"We will be sending out a vertical mailing campaign in the next week, but the company sees the Marketing Solutions division as very much the way forward, providing a one-stop shop environment," said Gregory.
The new division will encompass project management, marketing services from point-of-sale through to CD and video duplication, and direct mail, merchandising and digital print capabilities.
