Canon to show PM pack, MEAP printer at DPW

Canon is to highlight its web-enabled print management product uniFlow at Digital Print World (DPW) and has launched the CLC3220 colour printer with Multifunctional Embedded Application Platform (MEAP).

UniFlow, aimed at print rooms and offices, combines document creation, submission, accounting and output functions integrated into one fully customisable modular package.

"With 1%-3% of a company's turnover being attributed to printing costs there is a need to ensure processes are more efficient and streamlined," said Canon UK professional solutions marketing manager Adam Poole. "That's why we've introduced uniFlow."

The firm has also launched its MEAP on the 32ppm CLC 3220 which allows users to customise their workflows without additional hardware or software.

It will also be showcasing its latest large-format printer, the W6200, and colour and digital asset management solutions at DPW.
