The manufacturer said it was targeting the iPF810, iPF820, iPF810 Pro and the iPF820 Pro printers at companies carrying out mid- to high-volume colour technical document production.
Its iPF810 and iPF810 Pro models feature a single input roll configuration that can handle roll stock up to 152m in length, whereas the iPF820 and iPF820 Pro versions can support up to two rolls thanks to a dual roll feeder.
Jim Rosetta, vice president and general manager of Imaging Systems Group at Canon US, said: "These new imagePrograf models will give the high-volume technical document user the opportunity to print quality and precise large-sized prints easily and efficiently."
