The printer, which is part of the 23-outlet Callprint Group, took delivery of the B2 machine last month, a format it said "opens many more doors" for the company.
Callprint's new machine replaces two Heidelberg DI presses and has significantly boosted capacity at the company's Birmingham facility.
Fabian Porter, director at Callprint, said: "With just one month's experience on the new machine we are already producing more than three times the amount of work that we were printing on the two DI machines, and there is still some capacity to fill in our double-day shift working pattern."
The kit spend, which also included a Screen 4300 platesetter, will allow the printer to carry out longer-run jobs from other Callprint sites
Porter said: "The configuration we decided upon for this machine gives us great flexibility.
"The five printing units mean that we can accommodate a special colour, and the inline coating system provides us with the ability to include special decorative coatings or just a sealer to provide a dry to the touch job in order to turn the work around quickly."
The Ryobi 755 offers a maximum printing area of 765x545mm, and can handle substrates from 0.04mm up to 0.8mm thick.
Callprint was established in 1992 and has a turnover of more than £15m.
