This latest version fully supports the format for validating and converting documents and is natively 64bit.
Multiple documents can be combined into a 'container PDF'. Other formats such as Word can be converted to PDF/A and the new version adds formats such as Microsoft Visio and Project.
The server version includes a command line module and a software development kit for customisation and can also extract text to build a searchable index of PDF collections, while the desktop version includes the ability to batch process.
The software is available for €379 (£321) in the desktop version. The server version costs €4,499. Current users can upgrade for free.
