The Derbyshire-based company said this would enable it to provide all of its customers with "the first class service and top quality products they deserve".
Operations director Kirk Galloway said: "The current economic climate is extremely tough, but our business cannot stand still and we believe that positive action is the only way forward."
The company claims to have the largest installation of perfecting presses of any sheet-fed magazine printer in the UK.
It also said it uses in-line paper-saving reel sheeters to minimise paper wastage and reduce paper costs.
Galloway added: "We realised several years ago the importance of providing a cost-conscious print option but not at the expense of quality."
