The firm has embarked on an efficiency drive designed to improve cooperation with its associated companies in the Norfolk town, and improve services to customers.
The Burall group of companies includes gardening label firm Burall Floraprint, smart card firm Burall InfoCard, and Burall PlasTec, which specialises in self-adhesive labels.
The firm is now consulting with staff over the cuts, which could amount to 35 redundancies. Burall Group chief executive Andy Leet said that a number of employees had come forward seeking voluntary redundancy.
Leet declined to reveal details of the timetable for the reorganisation or when the jobs would go.
