The 460pp November issue is up to 50% bigger than past issues, with regular pagination usually at 300pp. The entire issue was printed on St Ives Heidelberg Harris 590 press.
IPC Media group production manager Dave Westbrook said: "Historically we always plan a bumper issue at this time of year, but this has taken us all by storm. With lots of late nights from editorial, St Ives and our repro house, Argent Colour, we have produced an issue we are all proud of."
St Ives has printed the title since 1995, while the cover is printed by Wyndehams Impact Litho plant.
IPC Media would not disclose the print run. The magazines current ABC figure is 394,000.
