Its main show focus is its new Fuse Eco PR4, which is designed for Roland’s SolJet Pro 4 printer. The mix and match, low odour ink is compatible with Roland's Eco-Sol Max2 ink and supports Roland’s SolJet Pro 4 XR-640, XF-640 and VersaCAMM VSi printers.
The firm has also launched a 700ml cartridge with a dedicated chip for Epson SureColor S-series printers. This cartridge uses Fuze Eco SC ink and is also a mix and match with the OEM products. Bordeaux said it preserved ink quality and allowed the user to swap from Epson to Bordeaux cartridges quickly, one colour at a time, without requiring any pre- or post-preparations.
“Customers are more interested in printer-focused solutions, and that’s where the market is going. Bordeaux is in a good position to offer people specific inks,” said marketing coordinator Ruth Zach.
The Bordeaux stand also features its dye sublimation transfer inks, Eden ST, on a Mutoh RJ-900x and its latex ink, Eden LX, on a Mimaki JV33 printer installed with an Epson DX printhead.
The firm, which is exhibiting in hall B2, stand 340, has had a promising start to the show. “We’ve had a lot of existing customers coming over and getting a better impression of the new inks and what they can do. We’ve had some firm orders and new leads already and many more meetings set up,” said Zach.
