Pawan Tyagi, general manager at The Printers House (16-B57), which has an installed base of some 2,500 four-tower units, said: “70% of our enquiries have come from customers printing books.”
This was echoed by NBG Printographic Machinery (3-D21), Ronald Weboffset (15-B32) and Manugraph Industries (6-B30).
Manugraph has signed its first deal at Drupa. AGA Publications in Hyderabad has ordered a CityLine Express press consisting of four four-colour printing towers, one F222 jaw folder and four integrated autopasters.
Manugraph, NBG and The Printer House said they were also using Drupa as a springboard to enter the packaging market.
