According to local newspaper the Bury Free Press, several fire crews responded to an emergency call, which was made at 2:20am on Friday.
The fire destroyed the Norfolk printer's repro department and some of its office space, however, according to sales executive Paul Haste, the rest of the site was undamaged.
"We’ve basically got a situation where we have to beg, steal and borrow to get repro done, but the rest of the factory's running as normal," he said.
"We've got fire doors, fire walls and so on, so it was totally contained within that area [repro department and offices] and didn't get into the rest of the factory."
A fire investigation team is currently investigating the cause of the fire, which Haste said had possibly started in the repro department and then spread to the offices on the floor above.
Haste added: "We're fortunate in that, with repro, that is something that we can get outwork. We've got presses, bindery and mailing department and they all came out unscathed, so we're fortunate it didn't hit those areas."
All client jobs and paper stored at the site, on the Fison Way Industrial Estate, were untouched by the blaze.
The fire was detected by security sensors at the site and the security company then notified the fire service.
Reflex, which is already back in production, is currently liasing with its pre-press supplier Kodak and local repro companies to ensure continuity of supply.
