Benson Signs completes giant wrap for Everton FC stadium

Liverpool-based Benson Signs has helped revamp the outside of Goodison Park, home of Everton FC, with a 350sqm timeline of the club's history.

Printed on its Seiko ColorPainter H-74S solvent printer, the photographic history of the illustrious club was turned around in a 12-day period.

The timeline comprised approximately 350sqm of printed material that depicted the clubs history primarily through archive photographs, programmes, historical documents and facts.

Black & white images were used in addition to greys, magenta and cyan that added subtlety to piece.

Benson Signs' Kevin Leary said: "We simply could not have achieved this without the phenomenal speed and print quality of this printer.

"We took delivery of the printer in July 2010 and, with Colourgen’s help, we were up and running very quickly. It was shortly afterwards that we were commissioned to install a history timeline around three full sides of Goodison Park Stadium, the home of Everton FC."
