Administrators Neil Dingley and Mustafa Abdulali, of Moore Stephens, were appointed to the Wembley, London-based company on 19 April, at which time all 21 staff were made redundant.
Dingley said: "We are hoping to achieve a better realisation for the business and assets than would be achieved if the company were to have been placed into liquidation.

Companies House lists Ajay Singh Ahluwalia as the sole director of BDP (UK), which was incorporated in February 1992 as Belmont - Deal Print.
In April last year, BDP (UK) was raided by police investigating its alleged involvement in what was termed the "largest ever illegal DVD manufacturing operation in the UK".
A spokeswoman for the City of London Police confirmed to PrintWeek that six men remain on bail in connection with an investigation into manufacturing and distributing counterfeit DVDs and money laundering. It is not clear whether this includes any of BDP (UK)'s staff.
BDP (UK), which is located on the Ironbridge business park, was unavailable for comment.
