Terry Baber, previously KPG UK managing director, will be general manager of GS&S UK and Neil Yeomans, KPG UK deputy managing director, will be sales director of the new division.
Creo's sales director Nigel Street will pursue other opportunities within Kodak.
The firm is yet to reveal who will be heading up sales for pre-press and digital and service and support. The firm will also make further announcements on the precise breakdown of other divisions within its sales operation.
"The UK is a big and important market for us so we will sub-divide it," said Europe, Africa and the Middle East managing director Israel Sandler.
It is likely to merge Creo's UK offices into KPG's Watford headquarters, although that is yet to be finalised. It did confirm, however, that GS&S would have only one management office in the UK.
The firm said Watford was the most likely site as it has more space, and that while there may be some "synergies" from merging the two sites the details are yet to be confirmed.
