As well as offering a broad range of managed print services, telecoms, print fleet optimisation, document security, eco-friendly printing initiatives, and smart building management, the business supplies production printers from Ricoh, Konica Minolta, and Canon – who sponsored the new office.
Employing more than 260 people, the company also has offices in London, Hertford, Ipswich, Coventry, Blackburn, Reading, and Leeds.
As well as strengthening existing customer relationships and forging new partnerships across the North East, Aurora said its presence in Newcastle would help it to create employment opportunities and contribute to the local economy.
As part of its commitment to corporate social responsibility, the company actively supports local sports teams, charities, and joining local chambers of commerce.
Stewart Hunter, regional sales manager at Aurora Managed Print Services, said: “We are proud to introduce our new office in Newcastle, enabling us to engage more closely with local businesses and deliver high-quality managed print services.
“Our team is dedicated to providing efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable print solutions that empower businesses to optimise their printing infrastructure.”
Aurora told Printweek that 14 people will initially be based at the new office, although the team is growing monthly.
