Supersine Holdings Group acquired competitor, Fenn Graphics in July 2011 to operate alongside its existing business, Supersine Duramark. The two companies were integrated in January 2012 and Supersine Duramark's name was changed to Aura Graphics.
"Now with more than a year of running the two businesses under their original, separate brands, it is time to launch the single unified Aura Graphics brand," said marketing manager Luke Causton. "In the intervening time there has been a lot of behind the scenes investment and work to combine best-practice from both companies."
A central plank of the integration has been investment in IT systems and the deployment of the MIS across both sites. Fenn Graphics was an existing user of the Shuttleworth system at its Stoke site, where it has consolidated its administrative functions.
"We are looking forward to implementing a flexible and fully integrated MIS that will provide us with improved reports and dashboards and ultimately improve efficiencies across our operation," said Aura Graphics Lowestoft's commercial manager Tony Pitchers.
It has also recently invested in new print equipment with an additional HP Scitex TJ8350 at its Lowestoft location and an HP Scitex LX850 latex printer for the Stoke site.
The firm, which specialises in fleet marking including trucks, trains and emergency service vehicles, plans to complete the full rebranding exercise of the 200-staff £16m turnover operation, by the end of April.
