Artwork Systems has entered into a partnership with Hell Gravure Systems. The deal will be unveiled at Drupa where Hell will show its HelioFlex F2000 flexosetter linked to Artwork's Nexus workflow management system.
The HelioFlex F2000 represents Hell's first foray out of gravure origination into digital flexo platemaking (PrintWeek, 24 March).
Hells product manager Jan Breiholdt said: "Artwork Systems and Hell Gravure Systems are bound together by a successful partnership going back many years.
"Together we have established TIFF engraving and the unique job ticket workflow in the packaging gravure sector. I am convinced that our closer co-operation will now also lead to new future-oriented solutions in the field of flexographic printing."
