The company claimed representatives from 41 different companies visited the stand – double the number from Northprint 2005.
UK managing director Jan Ruysschaert said Artwork’s Odystar workflow tool was the order book winner, with sales of three systems to two commercial printers and one packaging printer. The Belgium-based firm’s Neo and WebWay products also garnered significant interest.
Odystar is a native PDF 1.6 workflow that offers a range of pre-press options, such as pre-flighting, automated correction and certification. Neo is a standalone PDF editing tool that allows last-minute changes to PDFs, while WebWay is a communication solution that connects print buyers with production sites via the internet.
Artwork has pre-registered for Northprint 2009.
