ProCo's innovative multichannel approach won the judges praise. "I was particularly impressed by the innovative approach to customer acquisition using multiple channels with quirky and memorable creative," said one, of the Sheffield-based firm's submission. The company demonstrated an in-depth understanding of the results possible through the use of customised content printing.
An excellent range of applications using a mixture of print and other channels delivered a triple whammy of cost savings, shorter cycle times and improved response rates. ProCo's entry proved that it was more than a one-trick pony delivering different projects for a wide range of clients including a loyalty and customer retention scheme for UK restaurants and a charity. The firm's ability to handle all aspects of the process from the data processing through digital print to fulfilment was integral to the success of its customer campaigns. While the firm deployed cutting edge technologies including the latest HP Indigo presses and DirectSmile software, customer testimonials praised its positive can-do attitude as being crucial to making their marketing successful.
