Joint managing directors of Hemel Hempstead-based firm Bob Usher and Bernard Parker confirmed they had sealed the deal this morning(Tuesday, 19 November).
The firm had been viewed as the front runner to take on the agency from Ry-Offset following the demise of its parent company Knight Machinery (Holdings).
Apex expects to conclude the details regarding stock and other assets with the administrator in the next few days.
