Antalis McNaughton launches digital print website

Antalis McNaughton has launched digital2business.co.uk - a website for the digital print sector throughout Europe.

The 5,200 employee paper merchant, which had a 2011 turnover of €2.8bn (£2.3bn), announced the launch of its new website last week.

It said it had made a "substantial investment" in the website, which includes news and comment as well as trend reports and how-tos. It also has a forum where digital print professionals can share expertise and experience.

James Jarvis, product marketing director for Antalis McNaughton, said the website would be a resource for problem solving, case studies and knowledge sharing.

Digital printers can use the websites’ forum for sharing examples of best practice and knowledge of resources and ways that printers can make money.

"Created over the past six months, the website aims to support Antalis McNaughton customers by providing them with a platform for sharing a wealth of useful information," he said. "It uses experienced players in this emerging sector to push the boundaries of digital print."

The website is part of Antalis McNaughton’s Digital to Business (d2b) initiative, which aims to help digital print professionals make use of the latest digital technology.

As well as the new website, d2b aims to develop new product ranges which are specially adapted to new developments in digital printing technology.
