Antalis McNaughton launches direct mail campaign

Antalis McNaughton has launched a direct mail campaign, Decades of Design, to showcase the ranges from its Creative Papers division.

The Leicestershire-based paper merchant teamed up with graphic design agency Stocks Taylor Benson and Cardiff-based printer Evolve Print to produce the seven month campaign, which consists of seven mailers containing six cards.

Antalis McNaughton Creative Papers' new paper ranges are showcased in the mailers along with finishing techniques including foil blocking, florescent inks and embossing.

The theme throughout is based on iconic designs from the 1930s to the 1990s, including architecture, transport and typography.

All the papers used in the mailers were FSC-certified and Peter Harrison, operational marketing manager, Creative Papers, at Antalis McNaughton, added that one of the papers, Conqueror, is carbon neutral.

He said: "In a world increasingly dominated by digital communications, businesses are beginning to understand that they can achieve cut-through and stand out for their customers with the innovative use of paper and special finishing techniques."

The campaign is aimed at UK-based creatives and designers.
