The three outer wrappers and 10 inner wrap designs have been surface gravure printed on metallised OPP, plus cold-seal coating on the firms 10-colour Rotomec press.
The three flavours each have specific colour coding and each individual bar has its own character featured on the wrapper.
Amcor Flexibles Colodense has worked with Cadburys for the last three years and is part of Amcor Flexibles Europe (AFE), which has operations in 14 countries and annual sales of 625m (EURO 1bn).
AFE offers a range of services including gravure and flexo printing, coating and lamination, coextrusion, metallising and pouch and bag making.
