AlfaQuest unveils low-cost platesetter

AlfaQuest Technologies, a US-based pre-media manufacturer, has launched NewsXpress, a low-cost platesetter aimed at the newspaper industry.

AlfaQuest claims that the NewsXpress, which uses violet CTP technology, is more productive than competing, higher-priced models.
